This is a replacement firing pin spring for your BAT action.
Actions made after 2014 use the new .280 spring.
Actions made before 2014 used a .250 diameter spring. Limited quantities of these old springs are available. To upgrade to the new design you will need the new .280 spring, .280 firing pin and a new shroud. Your existing cocking piece can be reused.
EX and EXS actions with the CheyTac bolt face can be used with the standard .50-BMG or .408-CheyTac spring. The CheyTac specific spring is more gentle for those who have issues puncturing primers. The 50-BMG option is our standard spring that has been used since 2002 with both .50-BMG or .408-CheyTac cartridges.
