Description
Action screws are provided with each Benchrest action purchase so if you would like another set for a new build these are the best ones available.
If you have a repeater verify your bottom metal is cut for flat head screws, as most repeater bottom metal uses counter bored holes not counter sunk holes that these screws require.
The ¼” screws are machined in house from High Tensile 303 Stainless steel, this insures the head is concentric to the shaft and we also cut the hex extra deep to prevent the hex from deforming.
The 10-32 (front trigger guard) is also made from Stainless but not manufactured at BAT.
NOTE: Screws must be cut to fit to each action/stock.
- The 2 piece set includes (1) ¼-28 x 1-1/2 and (1) ¼-28 x 1-3/4 (models; VR, TR, HR and Remington 700 upgrades).
- The 3 piece set includes (1) ¼-28 x 1-1/2, (1) 10-32 x 1-1/2 and (1) ¼-28 x 1-3/4 (models; S, SV, SB, B, DS & MB).
- The 4 piece set includes (2) ¼-28 x 1-1/2, (1) 10-32 x 1-1/2 and (1) ¼-28 x 1-3/4 (models; M, CT & L).
- The Three-EXS set includes (2) 3/8 -24 x 1-1/2 and (1) 3/8 -24 x 1-1/8 (model EXS 2.0R).
- The Four-EX set includes (2) 3/8 -24 x 1-1/2, (1) 3/8 -24 x 1-1/4 and (1) 3/8 -24 x 1-1/8 (model EX 2.0R).
