Description
Bolt knob with 1/4-28 male thread.
These are used on the new BAT one piece bolts.
Action models that use the one piece bolts are models: B, DS, M, CT, 3L and MAVRICK
Neuvo and Neuvo LR actions also use this bolt knob.
Model XL uses the same thread but has a larger diameter where the bolt and knob meet. This would cause a slight mismatch should any other knob be used on an XL or an XL knob used on any other bolt.
We recommend using red Loctite (271) on the threads when installing knobs. Heat is required to remove old knobs when red Loctite has been applied.
